The USAA Rewards Active Military MasterCard makes it easy for military personnel to enjoy spending without spending a lot of money. There is no minimum finance charge and no annual fee on the card. The card provides one of two rewards.

Cardholders can choose to earn rewards or a cash rebate. The rewards option means cardholders earn points for every dollar spent. The rewards are then redeemed for gift cards, travel, merchandise and more. The rebate is in the form of a percentage of all purchases made.

The rebate is then automatically processed every January for the previous 12 months. Other features that the cardholder can enjoy are online account management as well as special military benefits. The application can be completed online.
