Discover Credit Card Benefits
Credit cards vary greatly. There's so many to choose from, it can get very confusing. There's Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, so where does one begin?
Visa and MasterCard are most widely accepted, followed by American Express and then Discover. But there's more to them all than that. There are interest rates to look at, annual fees, and reward programs. Which card will benefit you the most? It's hard to say, so you'll have to do the research and see which one's going to give you the most rewards.
Depending on the reason for the card, you may be okay with paying an annual fee if it gives you a good return (think rewards). Based on your financial situation, you may qualify for a card but have to pay a higher APR as a penalty. This still may make it okay because of the cash back rewards you're getting back on it.
Look at the different benefits and weigh them all out. Especially, the card issuer network benefits. Maybe you'll decide on a Discover card because it offers the most for you, even though it's not accepted everywhere. There's a perfect card out there for everyone, you just have to invest the time to look.
