**The standard monthly membership fee is $3 per month, but this fee will be waived if in a given month you: load your card account via Direct Deposit OR load/spend a combined total of at least $100. A primary account that has secondary accounts associated with it will not be charged this fee, however, this fee will be charged to each individual secondary account. The Facecard Master Card is prepaid debit card is issued by Meta Bank. It is a low cost prepaid card providing debit services to consumers in all credit categories. Interested persons can apply immediately knowing a guaranteed approval feature supports each application. Guaranteed approval ensures acceptance once initial qualification requirements are met and identity verification is carried out.

Card Members do not incur a monthly or annual membership fee.

Parents can give their teens a feel of the plastic card experience by ordering additional cards.
